In order to standardize the operation and ensure the equipment, personal safety and product quality, the equipment must be operated as required.
To prepare for the boot, 2 people are required to be present, and wear work clothes, shoes and hats as required.
1. Check
1) Check the site
2) Check whether there are foreign objects on the equipment, especially the dead corners.
3) Check whether the equipment has not been repaired and maintained.
4) Check that the heater wiring is in good condition and correct.
5) Check that all switches are closed and the potentiometer is in the zero state.
6) Turn on the main switch, check whether there is any abnormality, check the running status of all auxiliary machines, and there is no abnormal shutdown.
7) Check the water circulation system (including the cold water tower).
8) Check the refrigeration system.
9) Check the feeding system and hopper. The material to be dried should be loaded and dried in advance as required.
10) For the water tank that needs to be filled with water, add enough water as required.
11) The speed control button of the main motor (inverter) is reset to zero, and it is forbidden to press the start button.
12) The production environment, equipment, materials, process water, etc. meet the process and hygiene requirements.
13) Raw and auxiliary materials are gradually transported from the control area to the clean area.
2. Preheat.
1) Set the temperature of each zone according to the process requirements.
2) If the volume of the die head is large, the heating in other areas can be turned off, and the die head can be preheated first.
3) When the die is heated to a certain time or temperature, open the barrel for heating according to the process requirements.
4) Check whether the heating current or temperature is abnormal.
5) After the inspection, turn on the circulating water pump (main engine water tank pump) and the main water pump or cold water tower or refrigeration, and turn on the cooling water switch of the material throat at the same time.
6) When the temperature of each zone reaches the set value, it needs to be kept (constantly) for 0.5~1.5h (depending on the size of the equipment).
7) According to the process requirements, start the refrigerator in time.
3. Boot
1) When the temperature of each zone and heating time (generally 2~4h) meet the requirements, manually rotate the screw, if it can rotate, it can be turned on.
2) Check the tightness of each belt to meet the requirements.
3) Those with filter screen or perforated plate (connection of die head or tee) must be cleaned and replaced in time.
4) If a new die head is installed, the die head and its connecting screws must be fastened first, and the screws must meet the requirements of the strength grade.
5) Check whether the screw rotation is correct (counterclockwise).
6) After all inspections are completed, start the host (multi-machine co-extrusion can be started in sequence). Note: No one is allowed in front of or below the die to prevent being scalded by the hot air or hot material ejected from the die.
7) If there is no material in the barrel, the screw speed should be controlled at 3~10rpm. After the material is discharged from the die or the compressed air is discharged, the speed can be increased according to the process requirements. During the speed-up process, pay attention to observe the various process parameters, such as Pressure, current, temperature changes.
8) If there is abnormal noise, abnormal current or pressure change or exceeds the requirements, it must be stopped immediately for inspection and report.
9) At low speed, pass the film according to the process route, adjust the width, thickness and thickness uniformity, and then increase the speed to make the product width, thickness and uniformity, and mechanical parameters (film blowing, stretching, etc.) meet the requirements.
10) To clean the die, soft tools such as copper shovel or wood chips must be used, and hard tools should be used strictly to avoid damage to the die lips and runner surface.
